Communicate with Dr. London and her team by phone, email, or secure patient portal, day or night. For emergencies, phone contact is recommended for a faster response. If Dr. London is unavailable, two trusted concierge physicians from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Mass General Brigham will assist.

Same or Next- Day Appointments

Enjoy the convenience of quick scheduling, with most appointments available the same day or the next day.

Annual Comprehensive Exams

Typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks, ensuring timely health evaluations.

Extended Appointments

We offer longer, more relaxed visits to ensure each patient receives individual attention.

Appointment coordination

A customized, annually updated wellness plan focusing on screening and early detection of health issues. Please note, some services may not be covered by insurance.

In Office Services

In-office phlebotomy, diabetes testing, EKG, urine, and spirometry can all be provided during your visit when applicable.

Handicap-Friendly Facilities

The office is handicap friendly and meets Americans with Disability Act standards. There are numerous handicap parking spaces in the garage. The office is directly across the hall from the elevators. We have a handicap bathroom and an exam table with adjustable height that provides an accessible and a comfortable means of examination.

Prescription Management:

Most prescription refills are completed within 24 hours. We also handle prior authorizations promptly to reduce delays and keep your care on track.

Holistic and Alternative Care Information:

We provide information on holistic and alternative services like acupuncture, mind-body programs, and nutrition planning. While trained in the U.S. medical model, Dr. London is open to explore integrated care approaches tailored to your specific health goals.

Membership at Comprehensive Healthcare, LLC is capped at 150 members, ensuring that each patient receives the time and attention they deserve. This unique structure allows us to provide personalized, same-day responses to clinical needs, setting us apart from traditional medical offices and many large concierge practices.

Membership Fee

The annual membership fees paid by our members to COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE are for the membership benefits provided or arranged to be provided by, COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE, LLC. The membership fee also provides our members with access to the outstanding, coordinated and effective medical care of Dr. Diane London or London Medical Group, LLC. Membership fees do not cover or pay for any of the clinical care provided by Dr. Diane London or London Medical Group, LLC, or any items or services covered by a member’s health insurance.
