Dr. Diane London is committed to delivering compassionate, detailed, and thorough care to each member.

Dr. London has been practicing internal medicine in the Boston area and caring for people and their diverse health care needs for 30 years. Dr. London is a graduate of Tufts University and received her M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1991. She is a staff physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She is an active teacher of medical students at Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine and mentor to Northeastern University Undergraduate students. She is Director of Medical Education for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham. She serves on a variety of hospital and medical society committees.

Dr. London treats every patient relationship as a unique partnership. With a small medical practice, she can devote more time and attention to every person.

After growing up in the Boston suburbs and attending Tufts University as an undergraduate, she earned her medical degree (M.D.) at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. London completed her residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston (Now, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center “BIDMC”) with a focus on primary care internal medicine. As a practicing internist in the Boston Area for over three decades, she has had the privilege of working closely with many of Massachusetts’s fine medical institutions and physicians to deliver care to many thousands of patients. As a result, she has a vast network of resources that can further complement her superb training.

Throughout her career, Dr. London honed her skills for caring for medically and socially complex individuals in diverse settings including the office, hospital, home residence, nursing home and rehabilitation facilities. Her experience with diverse patients and practice settings further strengthened her foundation as a practitioner of coordinated, complex and effective primary care medicine.

Dr. London founded London Medical Group, LLC and Comprehensive HealthCare, LLC on January 1, 2009. Now, Dr. London has more staff assistance and more time to attend to the needs of her patients in a timely and unhurried manner. She can offer advocacy and support to people in need of acute, chronic, and preventative care while maintaining an attentive focus on health and wellbeing.

Education, training and innovation have played an integral part in Dr. London’s medical career. She cares for patients from age 16 and up. She has particular interests in preventative care, women’s health, menopause management, men’s health, nutritional counseling, geriatric care, management of chronic conditions and complex medical care.

Dr. London is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is licensed to practice medicine by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. London is married, has 2 adult children and 1 dog and lives in Wellesley, MA.

Office Team

As Office Manager and Medical Assistant at Comprehensive HealthCare, Carol ensures that both administrative operations and patient care run seamlessly. Since joining the practice in 2011, she has drawn on her extensive healthcare background and experience as a small business owner to provide invaluable support to the team and patients alike.

A lifelong Needham resident, Carol and her husband have proudly raised three daughters in the community.

Susan joined our team in 2023 as a seasoned nurse with three decades of practice. Susan's nursing experiences include inpatient and rehabilitation care, independent and assisted living facility care, home care, and primary care with roles in nursing leadership and education. She is a Certified Intravenous Nurse Specialist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Wound Nurse, and Certified Infection Prevention Nurse.

Susan is passionate about utilizing her clinical skills to meet her patients' needs, help patients in attaining their health goals, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Jack manages the financial administration and membership services at Comprehensive Healthcare, LLC. He joined Comprehensive Healthcare, LLC in 2009.

Jack is a seasoned financial management professional with over 30 years of experience in financial services and holds a B.S. degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Babson College.

In his spare time, Jack proudly serves as an Officer with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, and a Traffic Officer with the Wellesley Police Department.
